kh44 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kh44 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). "kh44", "we", or "Platform" refers to the kh44.cam website and all services associated with it.

"Services" refers to all betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming features offered through kh44. "Account" refers to a personal profile registered on the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person, family, household address, device, or IP address may hold only one kh44 account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information at Registration

You must provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration, including:

• Recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on kh44 is ৳200. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposits from third-party names or anonymous sources are strictly prohibited — the source of the deposit must be a payment method registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold during verification or fraud investigations.
• For bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, the mobile number must match the number registered on the account.
• For bank transfers, the account holder's name must be the same.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on kh44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility to transact in any other currency.

New members on kh44 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x).

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same family, device, or IP address.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If an account is found to have misused promotions, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Changes to Promotional Offers

kh44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus, promotion, or VIP benefit at any time. Notice will be given on the Platform before any changes take effect.

5.3 VIP Program

kh44's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits. Regular and active use of the Platform is required to advance to higher tiers. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

kh44 expects all members to use the services fairly and honestly. The following activities will be considered violations of the fair use policy:

• Bonus arbitrage or using bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawal
• Taking advantage of multiple accounts without meeting promotion terms
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the Platform
• Coordinating bets with other members

kh44 monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of a fair use policy violation, including cancelling bonuses or suspending accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using kh44's services:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack the Platform's systems or spreading malware
• Using a credit card or another person's payment method without permission
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members
• Using kh44's copyrighted materials without permission
• Making false claims or advertisements in kh44's name

8.1 Suspension or Closure by kh44

kh44 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Registering with false information
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity
• Bonus misuse or violation of promotional rules
• Court order or legal obligation

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us. Before the account is closed, any open bets must be settled and the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided, subject to the terms being met.

If an account closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, we will follow the self-exclusion process and maintain restriction policies.

kh44 strives to maintain the highest standards of technical security and service quality. However, we are not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connection disruption
• Errors or delays by third-party payment providers
• Loss caused by technical issues beyond our control
• Account compromise due to the member's own negligence or lapse in security
• Financial loss due to market fluctuations or betting outcomes

kh44 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any case will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
